  Carefully place the hat in its original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent crushing during transit, ensuring all tags remain attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
